Appointments

All surgery hours are by appointment only.  Exceptionally, urgent cases may be seen without an appointment. Appointments can be made in person or by telephoning  0114 2647220 between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Please make a separate appointment for each person wishing to see the doctor. It is important that you let us know if you cannot attend your appointment so that it can be offered to someone else.

Doctor Appointments

We try to offer a full range of appointment times to all our patients, you can help us by telling us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.  Ten minute routine appointments are available, if you know you will need longer than this please ask reception for a double appointment.

Mornings        

  • Monday: 8.00 – 11.30am              
  • Tuesday: 8.00 – 11.30am   
  • Wednesday: 8.00 – 11.30am               
  • Thursday: 8.00 – 11.30am                
  • Friday: 8.00 – 11.30am              

Afternoons

  • Monday: 3.30-6.00pm       
  • Tuesday: 3.30 –6.00pm                  
  • Wednesday: 3.30 -6.00pm     
  • Thursday: 3.00-4.30pm
  • Friday: 3.30pm –6.00pm 

Nurse Appointments

Fifteen minute appointments are available with a Nurse theses must be booked in advance.  Please advise Reception why you need to see the Nurse, so that appropriate time is allowed for you.

Appointment Times

  • Monday: 8.30 – 12.30 & 2.30pm –5.30pm              
  • Tuesday: 8.30 – 12.30 & 2.30pm –5.30pm        
  • Wednesday: 8.30pm – 11.30pm (2nd & 4th Wednesday)           
  • Thursday: NO APPOINTMENTS             
  • Friday: 8.30 – 12.30 

Satellite Hubs

Emergencies

Emergency problems will be assessed by the on call doctor and dealt with appropriately by telephone or appointment.

We consider an EMERGENCY as a condition requiring IMMEDIATE attention and treatment.
